Here is how to claim a refund for the Screen we replaced for you:
For every screen replacement, we provide warranty of 3 months for the premium product with a refund if the following criteria are met:
LCD or screen that malfunction, broken or does not work as intended or designed.
ANY display problems that could develop automatically or arise without any manual intervention and have to do with the quality of the screen, including dead pixels and touch problems.
You can request a brand-new screen with a 3-month continued warranty for premium screen if the screen we replaced causes any of the above mentioned issues. or return our screen to us for a refund within 7 days of the service date. All you need to do is:
Send the video of the phone with the prevailing display issue from chat. If you did not receive a response in your conversation, from the technician you can report it at support@A2zOnlinee.com
Send us your order number/phone number/IMEI Number. Just about any of it @ support@A2zOnlinee.com.
Within 48 hours, a customer service representative will get back to you and arrange for a technician to visit and replace your screen.
Only the parts and/or services that were paid for are covered by the warranty and refund. Only the replacement of the parts is covered by the warranty and refund if only parts were purchased. If parts and repair services were purchased, the warranty also covers labor costs for replacing part and any other repairs that were specifically caused by the initial repair..
Please be aware that slot charges only apply if an order is completed. Refunds are only available on Service prices.
